I hear everyone say you need to use paint when you are editing something. what is paint?
is it a program of some kind?

Go to start,then accesories,and then go to paint..:)

It's an editing program that comes with Windows xp.

anyways its an edit program on windows

Well, everyone has said it, I don't need to now. It's mostly for edits. You may not want to open a sig and avvy shop with just paint unless you are amazing at it.

Paint is a rather basic editting program that is on most computers. Good luck working with it. :)
