No, he doesn't have to.

You can use editing programs like GIMP, Paint, Photoshop, and many more. I only know a link to download GIMP, but GIMP is free, and Photoshop costs money. Paint comes with your computer, and you can access Paint by going to 'Start', 'All Programs', 'Accessories', and then 'Paint'.

Here is the link to download GIMP. I can't find a download, but I'm sure someone else can.

do wut i do. first put on paint then use the print screen secret to copy and paste your cp pic. 2nd: after you have all the pictures you need you put them into an animator. a good animator is easy gif animator (RECOMMENDED TOTALLY)
