I've heard a bunch of my friends talking about their little sisters listening to Fergie, and I thought that maybe it was a little innapropiate. Fergie uses adult themes for her songs.

In London Bridge, towards the beginning Will.I.Am goes, "Oh ****, oh *****". In the melody, she says, "How come every time you come around my London london bridge wanna go down like..." That part is also innapropiate. At the end, she says, "****ing all around the world. **** you *****es!!!"

In Fergalicious, she says a few things that I won't even post on this forum. Go to Azlyrics.com to find out what, if you must.

My point is, is it appropiate for young kids to be listening to this? Soon Kidz Bop is going to make a version of it, and they won't be able to filter out much of the song without shortening it to about 40 seconds.

I say they listen to whatever they want. Most of them won't know what any of that means. It should be up to the parents to make sure they know what their kids are listening to and it they don't take the time to get to know their kids like that then its their own fault. Besides its not like they can actually see what she is talking about like you can with movies. If they were watching movies like American pie that would be a different story.
