When you do sigs, try and make the renders flow with the background. Also, you notice P.NET has while pixels around the image you rendered, fill those in. Every pixel.

Yeah sure, just keep the text quite simple and don't be alarmed when the quality is killed by the gif format. LOL

When I'm gonna use a sig for my forum sig, I save it as a GIF anyways, since the quality is okay and the KB is low.

Those all look like tutorial sigs. So did you use tutorials?

I used a part of a tutorial for the first one just so I knew how to do decent stock sigs but hardly used it and the rest are all me. They are also nearly completely brushless apart from some for lighting and darkening.

Oh, Try out some tutorials, theres a great site for gimp tuts. I think its called gimptalk.org

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

But as for paint.net, theres a limit on what you can do with that program.

Well Guitar Hero sigs are neat and nathens are a bit messy and most of them seem to not blend. But dont worry nathen you will improve alot,
I also noticed guitar hero's sigs have some c4ds.
