about:
I've decided to make a penguin forum fall avatar competition.
Contestents may use GIMP, Paint.net, or photoshop for their enteries.
Contestents may not use any existing background or image,(unless its the object if your picture, like the person)
Contestents must add their username into their entery.
All enteries are due by Saturday,September 29th, (you may change your entery as many times as you want before the deadline)

About enteries:
Enteries can be up to 750x750 if they are larger i'll re-size them for you.
Remember you must put your username on entery!

Rounds/Contestents:
(their will be 3 rounds with 4 people in each round,each round has a winner
then those winners face off in a 3 person final round to determine the winner)
