My LeafGreen Team - Some advice, please?

I've reached the Elite Four, and now I just want some advice as to how my team is doing.

Venesaur Lvl 69: Tackle, Razor Leaf, Sleep Powder, Solar Beam
Onix Lvl 48: Dragonbreath, Sandstorm, Slam, Iron Tail
Persian Lvl 39: Bite, Pay Day, Faint Attack, Cut
Lapras Lvl 37: Surf, Strength, Ice Beam, Perish Song
Fearow Lvl 36: Fly, Fury Attack, Pursuit, Mirror Move
Ditto Lvl 31: Transform

Now, I will train them all to Level 60 before I go on to the E4, keep in mind. I've been considering wasting a lot of money on Porygon and replacing Ditto, so tell me if I should. Also, I have a lot of TMs, so I have a lot of moves I can possibly use.

Replace tackle with Sunny Day so you can use Solar Beam right away.

Prety good team, but you should really change dito, and train all others.

PS: I passed yellow with all my poke in lv 46 and 51, so I guess is not tha hard lol(even though theres nrew ypes of okeand all)

EDIT: Persian's attacks should change.
