Frozen, Dock Empty?

Well I was just in Frozen and I have noticed that there is almost no one there, I guess with everyone going back to school now you can finally hang out at the dock without everyone being there.;)

I start school tommrow so I am going to enjoy this day on Club Penguin, while no one is really at the Frozen, Dock.:D

Yeah, I was there at 1 in the morning a couple days and like nobody was there, I couldn't believe it.:rolleyes:
