Go to www.clubpenguin.com and click memebership. Start paying $6 a month for membership, go on Club Penguin, get coins that go to the gift shop to buy clothes.

Hi, welcome to the forums, I suppose you mean members, well you have to pay $5.95 a month for the ability to dress your penguin up. Or if you don't want to pay, just wait for a party and go pick up an item.

I am not sure what you are talking about. To dress up your penguin, there are numerous ways to acquire items. Parties give a free item, if you're a member you can buy clothes, sometimes there are scavenger hunts, sometimes there are events such as "SAVE THE LIGHTHOUSE," and every two weeks a pin is randomly hidden anywhere in club penguin.
