Is Wynaut pretty much the only Hoenn Pokemon you can see w/o cheating or certain events? (like Deoxys at Birth Island)

No. Go to the sevii islands and they're are plenty you can see there. :D

Those are Pokemon from Johto. I've been to all the islands except the event islands.

Oh! I'm sorry!I mixed up and thought you said Johto! Here, I'll go look some up. I'm pretty sure Wurmple and Zigzagoon are there somewhere. (I think I'm wrong, I'll go look it up)

Edit: You have to get the guy to establish the connections first, though.
