PokeTech Apps?

I wanted to know where all the poketech apps are. i was up to 7 then all of a sudden someone gave me eleven. Can someone make a list of them and where to get them.
( I got diamond yesterday and im heading to the last gym :cool:)

i believe there are 21-23, but 2 are only avalible through Events! i have every one cept those three!!

There are 22. Some people have all 25.
