2. Reasonable trade
3. Shiny
4. Useless pokemon with masterball or Heart Scale

Water Sport
Water Pulse

I don't really think you'll get those for a phione. Phiones are really weak and never evolve into Manaphy

You can't get that in the game. You have to trade from pokemon ranger. I'd say that's pretty hard to get.
