Level up my pokemon?

Can anyone level up my 2 poke's to lvl 36 really quick. I would like to have them back by tonight...

Gible: Will evolve at level 24, please let it evolve. I would like the moveset to be:

Slash
Dragon claw
Dragon Rage
Sandstorm

Grotle: Will volve at lvl 32, let it evolve.

Razor leaf
Bite
Leech seed
Earthquake
