Okay, a lot of people don't know what Ubers are. So I'm going to create this to define it.

Ubers are legendary and event pokemon; but they also, apparently, include Wobbuffet. Many people don't like to battle people with Ubers because they view it as having an unfair advantage due to their high stats and powerful moves.

The list includes the following:
Mew
Mewtwo
Lugia
Ho-Oh
Latias
Latios
Arceus
Darkrai
Dialga
Palkia
Manaphy
Phione
Groudon
Kyogre
Rayquaza
Deoxys
Wobbuffet

Disputed Uber:
Wynaut
(Smockers, Cooler, and Chaolin say that it is an Uber; Lines says it isn't.)

Often banned Legendaries:

Wynaut is an uber because it can basically do the same strategy as Wobbuffet, but it doesn't have the stats Wobbuffet has, but it's okay. It can be questionable whether it's an uber or not.

Part of that list is wrong.

Manaphy and Phione are not ubers due to their small movepool.

Also, those "questionable ubers" are not ubers. No way. :O

Wobbuffete is uber because with Shadow Tag, it can counter ANY Pokemon.

See, now I'm really confused.
You think Wynaut isn't an Uber. Others do. Others think that all legendaries are Ubers; but you and a few others think that only some of the legendaries are Ubers.
I don't know what to put; but I'll move Wynaut.

Regigigas definitley has better stats than mew. I got gigas from Snowpoint temple at level 70 and my level 70 Mew's stats are much lower than his.

Well, I don't like legendaries in competitive battle; they have enormous move pools but the questionables aren't considered ubers. And yes, Wynaut is an uber because it can learn counter and Mirror Coat.

It sounds like one or two or, maybe, three (Who really knows the number? It would depend on how far back in the series this started.) people were defeated by Ubers that they themselves were unable to obtain. Because of this, they started talking about how unfair it was to use Legendaries and started flaming anyone who used them until a ball started rolling and people were intimidated and shamed from using them.

People sound like they would like to use them; but they don't because they are too ashamed to anymore. It's sad.

Regigigas definitley has better stats than mew. I got gigas from Snowpoint temple at level 70 and my level 70 Mew's stats are much lower than his.Slow Start brings his base speed and attack to 50 and 60. :)

Yet you forgot that Regigigas has the slow start ability and his stats are lowered for about five turns. Also, keep in mind that Mew can learn any move.

Offtopic: Chaolin, I'm having trouble cloning, but I looked at like all the guides and followed everything but it's still not working. Why? If you had msn or aim it would make it a lot easier.

Arceus can learn any move EXCEPT moves that use hands such as Focus Punch.

Mabye, but i dont use ubers either, but because i have the conformism of it all. unobtainables aside, most ledgendarys are quite easy to obtain, or at least people put a special effort into getting them. this leads to practically everyone i know who has diamond having a dialga in there party. I like using pokemon that nobody else uses, such as my Rhyperior and my Luxray. When i play pokemon, my main objective is to find the perfect party for me, with a variety of interesting pokemon that I like, rather than ones that are powerful.

So it's really not much different from using legendaries, especially since the array of legendaries is increasing with each game. Meaning there will be more variety.

Anyway, you can choose to do what you want. I just don't think it's fair to push your choice on others. That's my opinion of the matter.

Yeah i get what your saying, i dont have anything against people who use ubers, i just dont like to.
