Is this somewhat of a good move? I might put it into my Gengar's Moveset, but I'm not sure.
1. Does this move kill the oppent in 4 turns, or does it take 1/4 of the HP the opponent has at the time away? (I.E. Start with 40 Hp. First time using NM=30 HP left. Next turn is about 23 HP left.)
