Rockhopper? Is he a Pirate?

Well, I realize Club Penguin is a kids game but still, is Rockhopper a pirate?
Genrally Pirates would loot and raid areas. So, does this mean Rockhopper is not a Pirate, or is he a broke Pirate? Now he doesn't really have a crew, that we know of, but one man can't man that ship. So, in the near distant feature can we expect more on Rockhopper's "pirate life" or whatever you want to call it? Now my second point, more than one Club Penguin? If Rockhopper doesn't raid from our island where does he get his gold? From other islands? What if G hired Rockhopper? Maybe the white fibers are conected to Rockhopper?

The reason he dosnt loot and raid club penguin is because its a kids game but it would be funny if he did loot club penguin.:D

This is a kid's game. 7-14 year old play this game. The Club Penguin Team put this feature in for the kids to have fun! But it would be preety funny if he took over CP. :P

Rockhopper is a real pirate! He just has so much loot he doesnt need anymore so hes nice and gives it away for loot so he doesnt go to jail or get banned.
