I don't think so. Rockhoppers journal says:

"I can't be giving an clues to what is in those boxes, not just yet, but I'm sure that all of me penguin buddies will be gettin' a fair bit of fun out of what's inside"

That means there will be a fair, with some decorations.

Well, I think it has something to do with the lighthouse because last year the lighthouse said "Opening fall of 2006", and the boxes say "Do not open untill fall". Plus they are IN the lighthouse.

That is at the end of the month, which is the camping party and the addition of the new room, which is either a remade sports shop or the addition of G's room upstairs (like in the missions)

The stuff in the lighthouse says "do not open til fall" which is after this month, therefore it can't be either of the things you said.

Im not sure, QAZAR. I mean, fair IS a real word too, and to bring out a fair....it just doesnt seem right. And the boxes arent big enough to hold equipment for a fair lol. Maybe you can be right though, but I have a feeling its gonna have something do with the new room, even if it is a fair.
