I'm sorry to burst your bubble,
but due to legal reasons, I'm pretty sure they can't use your drawings.
I'm sure they can take the color patterns, and draw it themselves, but I'm almost positive they can't use your ACTUAL hats for a few reasons:
They may not be YOUR drawings, which may cause copyright infringement if they use them.
They didn't create them, meaning they Don't have the PSD files to edit them at will.

But beside all that, I think they are VERY nice hats, and I think there's a very high chance of one of those colour patterns being used this year.

2. They can use any idea they want, since it is a fan idea they don't need to do anything.

3. Copyright infringement? Please look that up before you start using terms you don't know. Anything that is Cp's or resembles Cp's is theirs, meaning that even if they aren't HIS they are still ULTIMATELY Cp's.

4. Cp doesn't just copy and paste items that are from fan art, they take the IDEA and make it themselves. They have their own files which they edit into different colors.

You can do that if you want to, but party hats are really easy to recolor. I or someone else can just make the same color as yours, and it'll look alike, lol.

I heard a while ago that when the store brand says "Compare to ______" that the store brand product is the same exact thing as the thing being compared to, therefore created by the same company. My source is someone who works at a company factory where he puts the labels on the product. They make both on for the supermarket and one for the brandname. You are getting ripped off if you buy storename. :O

Wow, amazing edits! The only thing I don't like is that the colors aren't bright enough for party hats (in my opinion).
