Avatar problem

Every time I try to make set an image as my avatar all it does is show me this blank white screen. I hit change avatar and it just does that.

The avatar im trying to use is this:

That's the avatar you have now.. I guess it worked..

It only does that if you do the image url upload feature.

Right click and save the image to your desktop, they click browse and upload it... then it should work.
