These team members should work as a group and create alot of goods for the team such as gather good stock packs, render/stocks maybe even upload some .xcf's or .psds so some of our trainees can learn more and improve more. I'll be happy to be the leader of this group.

You don't have to use spaces. You can just post the links, or wrap them in (IMG)URLHERE(/IMG) but replace the ()'s with []'s.

Racer can you add that i use Gimp and Photoshop.

How do you add a clipping mask in ps?
Have a layer that you want to have a clipping mask. Make a new layer and click the eye on the layer you want to be clipped. Now apply the image (Image > Apply Image) and right click on the layer and click create a clipping mask

The text is very hard to read. You should use a more visible color or outline the text. Other than that, it looks like a bunch of brushing. Don't just use brushing.

Eh... good stuff Guitar Hero, but not yet. As of now, your background and color blending is good. Your sigs just need some more flavor. Try some different background techniques, and make the renders blend more. Take the blur tool and use it around the edges of thee render. Try using some impressionist brushes around the render as well.

Try again soon. I like your halo sig. Make one like that, but use the tips I gave you. Don't be afraid to use more than one colour. :)

Pretty cool, but I don't really like the style. You should try combining one of those with a sig you've made on photoshop.

I agree with Poetic that it looks cluttered. You need to work on those backgrounds, and use something other than that c4d you always use. Use filters and tools.

Yeah, quite a few do it.
Most of them aren't 13 from what I know, so only a couple can join here.

Much too dark. The lighting is pretty good. 8/10?

For which one? I posted three...

Also, the second one really isn't that dark except for the render, but I think it gives it a nice balance.

The bottom two. I just think they're a little dark. On the bottom, and left, to me, is dark.

Pretty nice, actually. It's a little too sharp for my liking, and the border is bad. ALso, I don't like the grainy look to it.
