Im going to have to go with billybob, since he is the one who writes up all the the "whats new" on the Cp home page.

rsnail made the whole cp game and the old cp penguin chat 3,2 and 1 and made rocketsnail games hes by far the best billybob is liked cuz he posts everything :O
