Definitely Family Guy. Mainly because South Park had its reign at the top through the 90's. But now, the idea of Family Guy with random flashbacks just seems funnier to me. Also the characters are funnier.

Family Guy in my opinion is a bit better. But the new season 11 has been really funny and Family Guy has been going down hill since season 4.
