EV training help-What EV's are good for certain Pokemon?

I want to EV train some of my Pokemon, but I don't know which stats I should raise.

I want to EV train these Pokemon:

Deoxys(Also help me choose which form I should keep it in)
Turtwig
Chansey
Riolu
Cindiquil
Skorupi
Eevee

Please help.

Eevee (as Espeon) - 252 Speed/252 HP/4 Def
Calm Mind, Yawn, Baton Pass, Wish (Any Speed Boosting nature)

Chansey - Keep the same EV set, except 4 EVs in Sp. Atk, and give it ice beam.

Breed for the natures I told you.

Lucario - 126 Sp Atk/ 126 Atk/252 Speed/ 4 HP.

as a torterra trainer (haveing 10 of them)
Torterra has alot of speed for a turtle and its sp atk needs to be strong.
so you can kill a infernape with earthquake.
also sp def for attacks suck as

But getting a good amount of Sp. Atk IVs can be good too. (Grass Knot heavy foes).

And Sp. Def IVs are needed to be high.

It really depends on the form of Deoxys you will use most.

If you dont care too much about Defense or Sp. Defense, and want a sweeper, pick the Attack Deoxys. Great attack, horrible defense, decent speed. (Max Attack: 504 ; Max Defense: 152 ; Max Speed: 438)

Bad Attack and Sp. Attack, but great defense is the Defense from. Weak attack, Nice defense and an Ok speed. (Max Attack: 262 ; Max Defense: 460 ; Max Speed: 306)

The Speed one is all well rounded, but the speed sky-rockets. (Max Attack: 317 ; Max Defense: 306 ; Max Speed: 504)

The regular one has Good Attack, Good Speed, but weak defense. (Max Attack: 438 ; Max Defense: 218 ; Max Speed: 438)

I would pick the Speed one.

Well, if his team is gunna be all Sweepers, I'd go with Defensive one.

252 HP/126 Def/126 Sp. Def/4 Sp. Atk

I have yet to think up a moveset, but most likely Calm Mind, Psychic, HP Fighting/Focus Blast/Shadow Ball, Protect

Sweepers are Pokemon that can hit strong with a variety of moves.

The three main types of sweepers are Physical, Special, and Mixed.

Good examples of Physicals are Salamence, Tyranitar, Metagross, etc.
Good examples of Specials are Gardevoir, Gengar, Jolteon, etc.
Good examples of Mixed are Dragonite, Blaziken, Swampert, etc.

Also, did you read the earlier post I made?Sweepers are Pokemon that can take out Pokemon and they have high Attack, Special attack, and in some cases, BOTH! They have Max EVs in Speed/HP, and the stat you're using them for. Mixed sweepers aren't that good because they can't have max attack/Sp. Attack.
