I have every game of pokemon for the gameboy, like the red and the blue and the yellow version. The bad thing about the yellow version is that you can't do the level 100+ glitch.

But, ok back on-topic. At the beginning I thought, that the new games would suck. But, than I saw the new pokemon designs and I thought that I maybe really should order it. In Germany, it will be released in 2 months, but I will wait that time.

I might. I need a DS though... I could possibly trade in my game for one. My mom could also reserve it for me. You know you have to follow the Pokemon legacy. Pokemon basically started trading card games and violent battles with these pet-like creatures. I'd probably be getting Pearl while my (16 year-old) brother is getting Diamond. My brother usually always wants the better one and always buys them... I hope this one is better than the last ones. I didn't like the last ones... I hope I can, I'm getting back into Pokemon for some strange reason. Probably because me and this kid are going to have a Pokemon battle in school. This is how the battle works, I name a Pokemon and he has to name another. We keep going 'til no one can name Pokemon. We have 5 lifelines.

yeah i just relized that as i wen to get the picture nice catch though. Oh Murcrows evolved form thats in both games. Oh and to answer the question of whos dialga and whos palkia, Palkia is the the first pokemon in my sig and hes pink. Dialga is the second one in my sig and he is blue.

I'm getting Pearl, I personally think it is cooler than Diamond. It has Palkia; whom I like better. Though in these games there aren't many new Pokemon... there's just a lot of evolutions for them... there still is a lot more of newer ones. I miss the cards though. When the cards first came out, they were cool. Now that they're old, they make the newer ones suck... :(

He's stating whther or not he's getting Pokemon Pearl or Diamond, which is what the thread title asked. Obviously, he isn't. So no, he didn't post it to get flamed at or because he's stupid, he posted it because he didn't like Pokemon.

I personally don't like it either. It gets a bit old after awhile, like Dust in the Wind. I don't know who would want to bother with memorizing what type it is, or all of the names, or what it can evolve in to and stuff.

And for flippy1924 to achive that he'll must have a copy of Pokemon Ranger so he can get Manaphy(my personal favorite).
Regarding the Nintendo Event, I think it'll take a while before Nintendo decides to bring it here.

a nintendo event is where you go somewhere, like toys r us or something, to get a specific pokemon or pokemon gear. Like Over in New York, this April 22nd for pokemon d/p's release, theyre throwing a huge nintendo event. This one doesnt have a pokemon though. It has the newest pokemon movie, pokemon gear, and where you can buy tons of copies of D/P

I'm gonna buy it the day that it goes out, it's price here in Mexico will be like 500 pesos which would end up being 50 US dollars. I think the difference of prices between 2 countries that are together is too much. What do you think?
