Sinnoh Dex Help

Well, the title pretty much tells all. I need a little help finishing my Sinnoh Dex so that I can get my National Dex.

The numbers of the Pokemon I need to find are:

- 065
- 115
- 134
- 135
- 139

If anyone can tell me where to find them, that would help a lot. Thanks in advance!

65: You are lucky. Go to Valley Windworks and you can catch him. He is only available on Fridays.

115: Go to Iron Island, help Riley get through, and hatch your Riolu egg.

134: Fish at Canalave City w/ Good Rod (there are more but that is easiest)

135: You will see a trainer with it on the way to Victory Road.

139: Evolve Feebas by nearly maxing out its Beauty and leveling it up, or just take a look at Cynthia's Milotic when you battle her.

Thanks! I've almost got them all except for one. For number 135, where is the trainer on Victory Road? I can't seem to find him/her. Is there any other way to find the Lumineon?
