Where can you find a DeepSeaTooth in Diamond and Pearl?

no. in emerald you have to give a scanner to the ship captain and you pick deepseatooth or deepseaclaw.mabe someone will give you a pokemon holding one

Just give a Clamperl a DeepSeaTooth and give it to me, so it will evolve into Huntail.

EDIT: I have Bibarel but not Bidoof 0.o
