The idea's can not be copyrighted.Look at all the fan-games they are based on the idea of clubpenguin.Deal with it.As for other copyrights I am not surer but I think you have to be 18+.

Depending on country. For example in some countries material created is automatically copyrighted without the need for registering it, such as in Britain.

On here "He copied it" and link to the two threads probably would be enough.

No matter what country you are from, fan games can't be copyrighted because they ultimately belong to the original game.

They don't belong to the original game, but yeah you can't copyright them. I never said you could.

I said material is copyrighted automatically, of course it is the regular material you can copyright in any country, it has to be original. Most fan games aren't, but some are just inspired and based on different concepts, such as penguin racers.

yup.

This is what you were talking about:

"British law states that an individual's work is placed under copyright law as soon as it leaves that person's mind and is placed in some physical form, be it a painting, a musical work written in manuscript or an architectural schematic. Once in physical form, as long as it is an original work (in the sense of not having been copied from an existing work, rather than in the sense of being novel or unique), copyright in that work is automatically vested in (i.e. owned by) the person who put the concept into material form"........Wikepedia.com

"Copyright protection always expires at the end of the calendar year concerned"

" Parliamentary copyright of a literary, musical or dramatic work subsists until 50 years after the making of the work.....Crown copyright of published literary, dramatic or musical works expires 50 years after publication. Crown copyright of unpublished works expires the later of 125 years from creation ...

....The moral rights include the right to be identified as the author or director of a work as appropriate, the right to object to the derogatory treatment of a work and the right to object to false attribution of a work.

it is so much easier for you guys. Here you have to go through so much to get a copyright.
