Dialga or Palkia?

Who is better Dialgia or palkia??? I would like to know, because 2 of my friends are arguing to see whos better. So, who is better?

Theres a thread like this.I say Palkia,but others disagree.

Dialgia has a stronger signature move,but you have to recharge after it.I don't really want to explain everything,so just look at the thread.Search Dialgia or Palkia maybe.

Well, since I have Diamond, I guess I'll say Dialga. I was just wondering, what moves does Palkia have? I know my Dialga has Roar of Time, Dragon Claw, Metal Claw and Ancient Power.

I already posted this, but I have a Dialga who is very strong.
Not only does it have strong steel moves and defense, but it has many great offensive moves such as Roar of Time, which would crush a Palkia.
