I got my AR today so I go down to the code "Kill enemies in one hit" and I press A. Then I start up the game and I use metal claw on a lv 60 gengar. IT DOSEN'T KILL IT! Next, I use the full pokedex code and when I look at my pokedex, it isn't full! Can someone please help me because the guide dosen't help and I have no clue what to do. I'm playing pearl.

Are you pressing the right buttons?

Yeah. I go down to code selections for pokemon pearl and I press A on the codes I want and nothing happens.

Kill in one hit only affects wild Pokemon. Didn't you read the note that came with the code? The button that says "I"?

Also, with the Pokedex code, are you sure you put it in correctly? Like, you didn't mess up with one character or something? :O

Characters? It's like a check box AR I press A and it makes a check next to the code.

Like Loki said you have to press the right buttons, you have to press A, then it will say start and it goes to the game. When you go into battle with that code you must press SELECT and it will be a one hit kill.

And what do I do for the full pokedex code?

You don't know what characters are? They're like numbers, letters, or symbols such as "@" or "%"? Characters? Never mind.

I mean, like, when you made the full Pokedex code, are you sure you made no mistakes or anything?

That one doesn't work, or at least it didn't for me. I put it in and when I tried to use it, my game froze up.

You don't use characters. The screen is a checklist and if you press A on a code, the box has a check.

No, I know, but when you make a new code, you have to put in numbers and letters for it and stuff. Unless that code came with it. Mine didn't. :(
