well almost 3, and the green hat was out if the very first catolog, so yeah, almost 3 years.

I just think that Cp needs to break it up, like instead brining back a rare tiem that i have, mabye bring back a rare item that i dont, such as the green hat...... get it?

Be patient. In a previous post Clubpenguin staff Stated that "Every item will come back except the beta hat and the pins and possibly the red cap" Dont worry you just gotta be patient

I agree with you even though I dont have it I dont want it to come back because its an item that the people that have it probally really like so if it does come out I refuse to buy it.

If you wait around long enough, most likely the item you want will reappear. They've brought back a lot of the older items for the newer penguins.

On topic: Club Penguin listens to a lot of what the players have to say. A few weeks back we found out they actually took the name of Fred for the cuckoo bird! I think penguins should post more of their ideas, since they really are listening! :P

It wont come back idc though cuz i own it sooooya! but anywayz it wont come back because billybob said all member items will comeback but they might not look the same when they do! so when the blue and red baseball caps came out that was the pink and green ball caps i rest my case;)

Yes, and no.
They have done a great job,
but still think they need more "NEW" items to let that happen.
Here is what I think:

YES: This will be great for people that want it!
It looks really god with lots of other items.
I would like it!
And newer penguins probley want it.

NO: Club Penguin older users with that item would get very aggrovated.
But, its not baout "rare" items, you should have fun!
But yes it would probley hurt the older users.

Pizzaman, if you read the pinned thread, every item except beta party/1 year anniversery hat and the pins will be coming back.
