Worst CP Update Ever Tournament (Round 1 Match 5)

It is time for our final match of round one! This match will determine who goes on to face the 4th ranked Dance Floor Flooring and the 6th ranked Agents in the one and only 3 way match!!!

Today the 2nd ranked Clock Tower takes on the 9th ranked Ice Rink. Will there be another big upset? It is up to you!

For this round I made a picture bracket to make things even cooler!

Clock Tower (2)-

Almost everyone thought CP was going to give us an awesome room to feature one of the most publicized CP updates. But then when the time comes for it to come out it is an eye soar. It is simply ugly, it is not like CP would have to spend more money to hook it up and make it look cool, so why didn’t they? I have never even used CP time and have never seen it used.

Ice Rink (9)-

This is the only update that CP has ever taken back. Last year during the sports party CP debuted a makeover of the ice Rink which added scoreboards. These score boards made an annoying sound when a goal was scored and would count to nine and then reset. Popular during the party it soon began to malfunction resulting on its eventual removal.

This is for the last spot in round two, it is time to vote!

Like i said in the last thread this is tuff. Everyone thought that the clock tower was going to be a room. It wasn't and that was a big upset. Hockey rink was used for the water party and sports party. It is not really bad because it has a game. Both are bad updates. I am voting for the clock tower. I was very upset when it came out.

Clock tower is probably the worst CP update, right next to the tour guides. The clock tower was just another thing that happened, not causing any exitement other than to see it for the first time. I don't even know why they put the target on it, but if I can remember correctly, it was for throwing snowballs at to "keep it running". The ice rink is not a half bad place. At least it has something to do in it when you are bored.

Clock Tower:
The goods and bads. The goods is that its perfect for planning parties, and planning get togeathers, and for getting friends on fourms to get on cp, and become buddies with them. The bads is that, while its great for planning stuff, its huge, and ugly. If tehy had added some bunnies in hot rod flames, or made it more colorful, then it would be kool. but, its just a off white, tannish color. its soo ugly. and why did they have to put it in the snow forts, y not have it at the dock, or somewhere else. ill tell you why, because it adds flavor to the snow forts, without it, its so bland and uninviting.

Ice rink:
The goods and bads. The goods is that its the only place in cp that u can have a fun party. You can play Hockey (Fun Fact: NonMember club played hockey there once as a party, it was pretty cool, and the blue team won by 1 point!) and pretend to figure skate. The bads is that there is no music, or anything else to do there. Its just a hockey playing arena. And after a while, penguins get bored, and then stop going there altogeather.

The clock tower is weird because it has a glitch wear you throw a snowball and then the target doesnt spin it takes all the fun away

Irony is ClockworkMyr picking the Clock Tower. I use it to see what time it is and how much longer till an update (Which is 10 PM Penguin Time) and that's it. Although, that can be extremely useful.

I am not them, but I believe they became mods from being helpful, nice, and respected around here.

By far, I think the Clock Tower is worse. The Moderators built it to help make meet-ups in Club Penguin easier, but it is never used.

Yikers.... this is a tuffy wuffy... i mean really there nothing to do at the Ice rink... unless it parties.... Like last yrs summer party when the ice rink was an ice rink for real it was fun for the first 2 days then blah. And teh water Polo field got boring after a day aslo... Now the clock tower was a Huge disapointment to everyone! Thye all taught dere was gonna be a new room but instead, a clock tower made up of old, used, and moldy cardboard boxes!!!! so i am gonna go for the clock tower. I mean its probally going to fall any day now...

Clock Tower. Beacause its used for nothing really i mean if one penguin lives in miami( for example) and one lives in Texas there not gonna keep checking on cp every 15 to 30 min.

Both are horrible. The Ice Rink was great when it had scoreboards. There was a whole party and everything for it. Everyone liked them. Why did they have to remove them? So pointless.

I voted clock tower because that is completely useless. Nobody uses it. It would have been better as a whole room. Which is what it should have been in the first place!

I think it is a great place to be sometimes.

Though, the Clock Tower I think was a terrible update.
I was hoping maybe something that you could go in to.

I think the Clock Tower is useful sometimes when I need to make sure about the times when I meet my friends on CP who are from different countries, and the only time I actually had fun in the Ice Rink was in the Sports Party and the Water Party.

I think the descriptions help a lot. You clarify and describe why something WAS chosen as a bad updated idea. I just wish EVERONE would read the whole thread before posting....sigh.....but then, I guess that's too much to expect.:rolleyes:

The way it is looking that could very well be the final match.

Tour Guides has to beat the stage but I wouldn't call that one just yet after the big upset the stage got in round one. The Clock Tower also isn't a sure bet because it is going into the three way battle agains Dance Floor Flooring and Agents.

I think it is to close to call. Very exciting.
