cp error

hello, i havent been to the water party yet. i just got home and was looking forward to going to have some fun, until i logged in. i was playing happily then i tried to go to the town and a screen popped up saying connection error. now i cant log in at all without that screen popping up. got any help or a way to solve this problem?

did u try clearing your Cache? if that doesnt work, then um, im out of ideas.

well i finally got it working but the game is being rather slow, instead of everyone walking theyre literraly jumping from one spot to the other, not walking normally, including me.
