If someone could help me out on this that would be great... i am having trouble with my avatar and signature..it saids sorry that is not a file or something like that. thanks.

Could you please provide the exact wording of your error message?

You must have saved it wrong. It needs to be a .PNG or a .JPEG. Hope that helps.

It's probally under the worng file type so go to a avvy and sig shop and they can fix that.:D

Yeah try to use anything except bmp. I prefer gif myself.

ok well i tried everything you guys said...and it still didnt work, the exact error messsage was
This BMP image has the incorrect file extension.

thanks for the advice though.

You must save your avy/sig as a JPEG. You're saving it as a .BMP. You have to change that when you save your file. Also, if it says your file is too big, that means you need to lower the quality.

Also, this is for IN-GAME help, meaning a Club Penguin problem.
