My brother was wondering if there is anyway to catch Deoxys without hacking/cheating. He saw on some site: that there is a way, if you talk to the guy in Mossdeep City in the space station, and he says that there have been enough completed missions that you can go to space and catch deoxys? Is this true? This is for Saphhire.

That's weird. The site I usually go to for Pokemon Emerald is Psypokes.com and they didn't say you could get it that way.

Well I decided to try it also...I already have two flights somehow. How do you get 100? I thought it was days because I had played for a total of like 60 hours but I left it on untill it got to 74 and the number did not change.

Apparently, the number of successful launches is the number of weeks you have had your Pokemon Emerald/Sapphire/Ruby since the time your game/adventure began.

If it was true, wouldn't there be millions of Youtube videos showcasing the event?
