Clique, Gossip Girl, A-List, and It Girl

These books are all good!
I like the Clique series and the It Girl series the best.
Ever read any of them?
What do you think about them?
The Clique is 7th grade girls, and A-List and Gossip Girl are centered around almost into college. It Girl is more in the middle of High School.

Yeah, It Girl is way better than Gossip Girl. And the 7th Clique book is really good. Better than Dial L for Loser, which I thought, sucked.

Also in the 7th one, Lisi says that she's planning on making 8, but will make more if people want more.

I was so bored on the plane once that I picked up one of my sister's books and read one page, it was one of those Clique books. It was worse than the Elmo ABCs book. I advise all boys never to read even a word of that junk.

Same here, my sister reads them too. I tried it once, but I only lasted about a minute. It was extrememly boring.

I have read the first Clique book, and I am going to start Revenge of the Wannabes tonight. They are ok books; not my favorite, but ok to read.

I'm not trying to be stereotypical, but I seriously doubt girls are like that. I know for a fact girls don't just walk around, flirting with boys, having sleepovers with their friends, and go to the mall every day.

I read the clique books, and they're pretty good. My fave is sealed with a diss. btw. just cause we read them, doesnt mean we're gonna get influenced by them! gosh, like i would ever want spend money on designer clothes! they're just interesting to read

ive read the first and second clique book. and uhmm techincally i read the fourth too, but i read it first.. and i kinda didn't get it, so yeahh.

I hate the Clique. It's highly blubbish. The 12 year olds act like 22 year olds.

I haven't read A-List or It Girl yet. I can't find a-list, and It girl is always out in the library.
But I probally only like Gossip Girl. The gossip girl part is creative and it's much more... sensible.

And what do I know! I started this thread!

Ok yeah, the books are fun to read, because the girls are so dramatic and yeah...
But seriously people don't waste your money on them. Check them out from the library and laugh when you read how stupid the characters are.

Seriously it's so dumb when people are IM-ing me and they go, "OHEMGEE IT WAS AH-MAZING."

I want to sock them.

So yeah, they're a fun, somewhat juicy read... But if you start talking like the Clique series or taking the others too seriously, people are going to dislike it.

By the way... the guy above, woofbark, who said something about Jessica or Zach, I'm sure he meant Jessica was Claire, who was going out with Cam, aka Zach, and Nicole, Massie, was mad because Massie likes Cam. You'll get it if you read it.

And Gossip Girl is ok. I love the TV show, but the books are average.

I love them all! And thats not in the slightest bit wierd for a 14 year old kid to like them!! :rolleyes:
