Bad eggs on Pokemon D/P?I'm scared!

I was on wi-fi and this person wanted a shiny Rayquaza.It was cheated through action replay,and when we were going to trade,he canceled the trade.I asked him why.

He said that on his Pearl game he got a shiny cheated deoxys from someone,and after a month,he said that it evolved into a bad egg.When it did,then he said that after it evolved,all of his Pokemon turned into bad eggs.When he turned his game off and then turned it back on,it loaded the bad egg file every time and he couldn't start a new game.

But after he told me all of that,he said that he was lying,and just making something up to tell me that cheating is bad.

Something similar to this happens on Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald games when you get this one egg,and it's true,I've seen it on You-Tube.But can this happen on your D/P game?

I'm scared,and I don't want my game to get screwed.Has this happened to any of you,or do you know someone who has been affected by this?Or have heard of someone being affected by this?

I doubt it. The only glitch that is known in the English versions of DP is the tweaking glitch which is also used to capture Shaymin.

Bad eggs are obtained when either you over hack or trade too many hacked pokemon. The egg will be called "BAD EGG" when you recieve it from the daycare. If they are to hatch, a message will say: "the save file has been corrupted. The eternal battery has run dry. You can still play this game cartridge but time based events will no longer occur."

Uh, my DDNite and my SweepMega both became bad eggs in PBR, but then turned normal in my Diamond.

On PBR bad eggs are pokemon that it knows are cheated, like I use pokesav and can create any pokemon completely custom but when I put it on PBR it identifies it as a hack and turns it into a bad eggs, I have found an AR code around that though, but it's harder to do.

Well you see, every egg has a possibility to be a bad egg. Even if you breed it with un hacked pokemon, theres still a chance.

"Bad Eggs" are Nintendo's way of preventing cheating and unfair play in their games, since many of them now are compatible with other console titles.

In PBR if you hack a pokemon and copy it there it becomes a bad egg and you lose all your pokemon

That way people will not hack from fear of getting corrupted
if you search youtube for it you will find things about it

Not true! I did it and still have my game perfectly in-tact with, like, 15 bad eggys.

You don't LOSE any Pokemon if you know how to handle Bad Eggs, Nintendo would not make their own games self destruct in such a manner. Bad Eggs are difficult to deal with, but manageable and with some quick flicks of the wrist, you can get rid of them.
