Its not a penguin but its wearing penguin clothes.

And btw the Seal will go around club penguin sort of like rockhopper and move around penguins would follow it and it would make seal sounds.

i think it should be named Jerry.It looks like a Jerry to me.It also looks like it just drank a box of Bud Light.
