Pokemon RPG colloseum!

Well, I decided that since everyone was starting to RPG in that one thread that I would create another so it wouldn't get full.

Rules:
In my collosseum we use refs to determine the outcome of an attack or whatever. You cannot make another action 'til a ref reffs it.
no posting when it's not your battle unless you want to register or have a question. But none other than that.
We also use rental passes. these are passes that determine which pokemon you can use. You unlock more rental passes as you win more.
You must apply arena effects, (rain dance, sunny day, etc. They effect trainers too.) Abbilities, and special conditions.
The Ditto factor: A ditto can learn moves like tackle, pound, growl and such. It can also transform into Any physical object or any pokemon at any time during the battle.
The deoxys factor: Deoxys can change forms at will
The pokemon have to act right, like you can't use a fishie like goldeen in a place with no water. And birds can fly out of the way.

You can use any TM/HM move that would be reasonable for it's lv, and you can use any move in it's moveset up to that lv.

No, you cannot use legendaries, but you might in the future.
