Has the water ballons in the bolier room been there for a while because I only noticed it today...

The water balloons have been there since June 22,2007. Although no one exactly knows the reason why they put it there but many have been thinking that it will be used on the upcoming Water Party on July 13,2007.

I has been there for a week a least. Search other threads, Im dsure theres some about it.

They were there from last week for the upcoming waterbaloon party.

Water balloons in the boiler room? Since when were they there? Maybe it's for the water fight I'm guessing.
