Well, i emailed club penguin about my green bandanna idea, and i got this reply:

Very nicely done! I like this picture! A green bandana would be a sweet new
item! We will have to wait and see what happens.

That's Called a form letter, A lot of big company's ( like new horizon/ club penguin) Use instead of having to type something up each time they receive an E-mail. Although, that doesn't mean they didn't receive/pass on your idea ;) I've gotten that form letter before, and one of my ideas got into CP ;)
