Along time ago, capes were bodie items. But clubpenguin made it a neck item so you can wear shirts and stuff with it. So all he done was take a screenshot about a year ago.

No I did a contest like this that ended yesterday and it was on igloos, and when I set up the poll it said the maximum was 10 but I had it changed to 7 anyway.
