Maybe they just make the account and put it in several places, take it out of the server for a while and keep repeating that... It's easy enough to do and they could do it so everyone can see Rockhopper a fair amount and get the eye patch.

ok This is soooo cruel.... I play CP for 215days(I've always been un-member) but the first time rockhopper arrived(he was bringing his eyepatch along) I looked for him in every server. Now I was in avalanche, and he's gone.... I CAN'T TAKE THIS! I ALWAYS LOOKED FOR HIM BUT NEVER FOUND HIM!
