Well, I was mssing around and looking for funny names
after abot 10 minutes of lauhgter, I started putting any name,
and they were all taken. Even Names Like 'hsdfjnsfg094;
How are new members joining?

I guess they are all taken.

And random letters are taken because they can be used as initials, ages, etc.

Some names are just not allowed to be used, some letters put together dont either.

Yea I agree with you, a lot of names are taken but they're not used anymore.

I am almost sure that the reason that the funny names were said to be taken is so that people can not have bad things in their names. Club penguin blocks people from having those names. I believe this because if I type in a funny name to register it say's Sorry Name Already Taken. If you try to log in with that name it will say... Sorry User Does Not Exist. Meaning... it isn't just that all these names are taken, it is that bad names are taken away. Also, as Funnyboy stated frist suggested, some combinations may just not be allowed.
