Yes something like that. But the real thing about the chatXXX.swf is the ability to bring you back to the older versions of CP. For example, the current version is 1.26.480 and you discovered a glitch (superman glitch for example) and then the next day they have fixed it, by using the chatxxx.swf (in this case, chat480.swf is the link) it will warp you to that version (1.26.480) and you can still do the superman glitch by using that swf file. Another example was the glitch l discovered, the 2 beaches on the spy phone. The following day they fixed it and the mods locked my thread (because it doesnt work anymore) but by using the chatxxx.swf, you can do the glitch again. But nowadays, they have deleted older than 4 or 5 versions from the current one today. And if lm not mistaken, when they realeased a new version, all the old ones are also updated (all of them: pins, items, glitches,rooms etc.) so now, the chatxxx.swf stands as an alternative link if ever the load.swf doesnt work.
