Thursday (I'm pretty sure). It came out when Rockhopper arrived.

It actually came out today, its in the book room on the shelf at teh very back it has a picture of the bracelet and you just click on it

The bracelet was realesed either today or yesterday depending on your time zone.

It came out yesterday when rockhopper arrived and there was 2 updates then the other was the book room

Why depending on time zone? It comes out in EST morning Friday.
