i keep seeing around the place in diffrent codes El Munde and a guy going about wearing the black cowboy Hat The Hero Mask The Cowboy Shirt Cowboy Boots And The Rope And SomeTimes Even With The Black Cape is this a new person that rockhopper is going to bring with him? or is he a new MOD or is some special event that CP is going to have? i dont know he might even be a hacker because his name dosn't show up when other penguins names do but i see the name every where els ecept on his penguin so it must be a new event or rockhopper is bringing him? what do you think please discuss
