Getting the avatar I want

Well, just looking at the image, your animated avatar/picture looks rather large. Maybe you should cut out certain dance steps. If you would like, I could do that for you and edit my post.

Honestly in my opinion I would forget trying to use that avatar.

126KB to 20KB is a massive reduction rate. I'm not even going to try to reduce that myself as it would take an age and the finished result would be fairly pathetic.
