It looks nice, but the only thing I'd do is fix up the text a bit. While the orange does blend in, try using black or white and setting the layer to grain merge or overlay.

Yup,I drew the tiger,took a picture on my webcam,then went over the lines in a paintbrush,then I filled in the colors,then last I searched Jungle backgrounds on google and found the background.
