Yes. Box, manual, and any other stuff that the game came with increase the value.

Probably about $5 - $15 depending on who bids on it.

I've been collecting old video games almost as long as I have had Internet access. (long time) :)

I also collect old games, I have a lot of Nintendo 64 games and SNES games.

But, I would never sell those glitch games^^

My big show is my NES collection. Last time I counted I had around 140 - 150 of the 660 something titles. I haven't bought many more NES titles in a while though. Next weekend I am going out of town to an open air market and I hope to bring back a nice haul. :D

I only have 30 SNES Games.

Did you mean that the box will up the price 20 bucks or that would be the total for the box and the game?

Normally if you have the box and manual, then you will get much more. The Digital Press guide I linked to says "$20 (C)" for Legend of Zelda: OOT. The "C" stands for "Complete", which is box, manual, and game. Generally, a good rule of thumb is that if you have just the game, the value is cut in half.
