If you like Family Guy, then how can you not like the Simpsons? Family Guy copied off of the Simpsons, so every funny thing you see on Family Guy, they got it from the Simpsons. So since they copied, I have to go with the original and BETTER cartoon, and that's the Simpsons. Family Guy needs to come up with their own jokes instead of copying.
