First upload the image to a site like imageshack or photobucket. Then, copy the forum code. Click the http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k163/Soulbrotha64/12345678.png and paste it there.

Make sure it's saved somewhere on your computer.
Then go somewhere like www.photobucket.com and upload them.
